"When choosing a speaker for our annual adult education graduation we ask a few questions ahead of time: will they connect with and be motivational for our adult learners? Do they have a story to tell? Do they understand our students, and perhaps have shared experiences? As one can imagine, finding someone that meets these criteria is no easy task.

Knowing a bit about Will Eberle's history and non-traditional path we felt that he would, perhaps, be that elusive unicorn of a graduation speaker, and it worked out wonderfully. Will immediately understood what we were looking for in a graduation speaker and delivered a perfect speech. The entire audience was rapt as they listened to Will's story.
