Will Eberle, MPA, founder of Mission Driver, trains, consults, speaks, and informs policy nationally. Will has completed the Public Narrative program at the Harvard Kennedy School for Executive Education. He is a Curtis Scholar with a Masters of Public Administration degree from Norwich University and a Bachelors of Psychology degree from Johnson State College in Vermont. Will has completed the Vermont Agency of Human Services Leadership Academy and is a graduate of the Snelling School of Government’s Vermont Leadership Institute - class of 2023.
Will is the Executive Director of Alyssum - a peer support-based holistic mental health respite program in Rochester, Vermont. He served for two years as the Executive Director of The Vermont Association of Mental Health and Addiction Recovery aka "Recovery Vermont"- Vermont's largest non-profit state-wide mental health and addiction recovery organization. Will was a Field Director at the Vermont Agency of Human Services for six years and an Executive Director and peer support counselor at Another Way, a Montpelier, Vermont-based mental health drop-in center for six years. He started his human services career as a street outreach worker and at-risk youth trainer and mentor.
Will is a living example of neuroplasticity and resilience - he is grateful to be able to pay the opportunities he has had forward to help organizations and people reach their full potential.

Provided Congressional testimony on Mental Health Peer Support and Substance Use Disorder Recovery on Capitol Hill in Washington DC to expand mental health funding and administrative flexibility nationally.
Represented Vermont on Mental Health America's National Policy Council.
Led the four year implementation of Vermont's innovative and nation-leading SAMHSA Mental Health Transformation grant.
National TA provider and trainer for SAMHSA BRSS TACS, Center for Social Innovation, and Advocates for Human Potential.
Co-founder and Executive Leadership Team member of The Regional Investment in Eudaimonia (THRIVE) - Washington County, Vermont's Accountable Community for Health.
Secured community support and ongoing funding for Lamoille County Vermont's first homeless shelter - The Lamoille Community House.
2018 Washington County Mental Health Services Community Partner award.
Key informant and legislatively-appointed work-group member on Vermont's Roadmap to End Homelessness.
Presented on lived experience and economic empowerment for the Vermont Council on Rural Development's Vermont Proposition launch.
Provided the keynote address for the Jewish Communities of Greater Stowe's 2022 Teach-in on Housing and Homelessness summit.
Provided the keynote address for Tennessee's 2016 statewide supportive employment conference.

Community and Family
Will serves on his local school board and the Community Rides VT and Vermont Food Bank boards. He coached youth baseball and soccer in his community for many years. When he isn't working, will love having adventures with his kids in the woods, fishing, biking, running, skiing, and playing music.
